Energize and educate Sales to prepare for customer sell-in.

  • Educate Sales on:
    • Trend, Design Concept and Brand Direction info 
    • New products, programs, fits, and recommended mixes
    • Merchandising / seasonal strategies and focuses
  • Prep for customer sell-in:
    • Collaborate with merch/planning/sales on account assortments in prep for sell-in
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Brand Environment in support of sell-in
  • Demonstrate power of the Levi’s Brand through compelling digital experience and inspirational messaging

TIME WITH MERCHANDISING

10MIN | Business Recap – follow up to Pre-Season alignment/new news
20-30MIN | Sales recap the W@M/Key Looks/ideas & general strategy to drive growth with newness
20-30MIN | Merch & sales to work through additional incremental opportunities
10MIN | General Q & A (product question, fabric/fiber clarity, line plan navigation)

TIME WITH MARKETING

NEW FOR THIS SEASON: 

Combined segment working sessions across Accts to ensure integrated & strategic planning across Marketing, Digital, and In-Store.

MEETING OBJECTIVES:

  • Ensure alignment & clarity on H1’22 seasonal Marketing strategies
  • Identify & discuss account specific needs and/or opportunities 
  • Finish out 2021 strong – review in-season strategies
  • Prep for H1’22 Sell-In
  • General Q&A

POST SALES
MEETING CHECK-INS

  • Seasonal account outlook vs. LY and PL
  • Merchandising strategies and cut-thru ideas review by account
  • Revisit opportunities/risks/growth/maintain/decline from pre-season alignment meetings (SRT/Gap discussion)
